Refund Policy – Direct Handel

At Direct Handel, we take pride in offering quality wholesale liquidation pallets sourced from reliable suppliers across Europe. Due to the nature of liquidation and surplus inventory, all sales are considered final.


🔄 All Sales Are Final

Once a pallet is purchased and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. We strongly advise all customers to review the product details, images, and manifests carefully before placing an order.


📦 Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

In the rare event that your pallet arrives damaged or is missing items as per the manifest, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the pallet and damaged/missing items

  • Description of the issue

We will investigate and, if necessary, offer compensation, replacement items, or a partial store credit — depending on the case.


🚚 Shipping Delays or Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance. However, our team will always assist in tracking and resolving shipping issues promptly.


🧾 Order Discrepancies

If you receive the wrong pallet or one that significantly differs from the manifest, contact our support team immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue fairly and quickly.
